Remote working

I recently published an article in Harvard Business Review called “What Great Hybrid Cultures Do Differently”.

As many companies around the world begin to navigate how to go back into the office after the easing of the pandemic—especially in an increasingly more hybrid world—it’s important that we don’t forget all of the lessons that we learned whilst working remotely in order to stay efficient, effective and inclusive.

Go and check it out. I think you’ll like it.

It’s always been a goal of mine to write for such a prestigious and important publication, so I’m proud that myself and my coauthors were able to make it happen. Here’s to many more.

Growth

I recently published an article in the final ever issue of Stripe PressIncrement Magazine. It’s called Planning for Momentum.

In the article, I make the case that planning is far from dead. In fact, it’s very much alive and more vital than ever before. Planning is a dynamic and generative process that improves your ideas, facilitates alignment and consensus, and leaves vital artefacts for the future.

You can read the article over at Increment, and you can buy the physical copy of the magazine if you want to experience the beautiful issue in 3D.
